The goal was to design the first 2 sections of Akumen’s homepage, reflecting its expertise in data analytics and BI solutions. With an attention grabbing visual, the page should effectively communicates the company's value proposition, and leave a lasting impression.
Challenges
The goal was to design the first 2 sections of Akumen’s homepage, reflecting its expertise in data analytics and BI solutions. With an attention grabbing visual, the page should effectively communicates the company's value proposition, and leave a lasting impression.
Solution
Section 1 (Hero Section): A clean, bold hero section that immediately showcases Akumen’s mission: “Unlocking Business Potential Through Data-Driven Insights.” Large typography and a data-themed visual background grab attention.
Section 2 (Services Overview): A concise section with engaging icons and minimal text that explains Akumen’s core services: Data Analytics Consultation, BI Solutions, and Bespoke Data Strategies.
Conclusion
While this was a fictional assignment, the project helped improve my ability to design complex data-related content in a simple, user-friendly way.
